Product Liability - cases involving defects arising from manufacture and design, failure to warn or to provide adequate instruction. Representative products include forklifts, asbestos-containing materials, electrical switchboards, kitchen grinding equipment, adhesives and trailers. Toxic and Environmental Torts - defended asbestos health claims for over 20 years, representing both major and minor defendants, including Johns Manville. Has represented both plaintiff and defendants in various matters wherein personal injuries and property damages have been caused by exposures to and/or discharges of toxic or hazardous substances.
