Mark Hoerrner Shareholder
Mark Hoerrner is a shareholder of the firm in the Reinsurance Department and handles complex commercial litigation. Presently, Mr. Hoerrner represents insurance companies in a variety of matters, including insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes as well as class action litigation regarding financial issues. In addition, Mr. Hoerrner has represented corporations in product liability matters involving prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoerrner was with the Newark office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
