Michael H. Imbacuan Counsel
Michael Imbacuan is Counsel to the firm and a member of the Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts, in particular patent cases arising under the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act (Hatch-Waxman cases), and advising clients on strategies concerning ANDA filings.
